Cayleigh is a unique take on a classic halo ring. The rich pear cut (1.22ct) yellow sapphire is a great alternative to a diamond.

It is surrounded by undulating round brilliant white diamonds and lovely petite pear diamonds down the shank totaling 0.55cts.
