COVID-19

As per the current lockdown order in Ontario, we presently are not allowed to meet clients in person so we will be hosting zoom calls until further notice. Please feel free to email us with any questions you may have. When the studio is open for business again we have protective barriers and diligent cleaning practices to keep our clients safe from infection.

Jewellery Care

Your piece is guaranteed against manufacturing defects up to 6 months after your purchase (includes small diamonds or semi precious stones under 2mm). Please note your jewellery is not guaranteed against everyday wear and tear that may damage it. It is important to get your jewellery looked at up to once a year as it needs regular maintenance to protect your investment.

Appraisal

For every piece that is over CAD$1,500 an appraisal is included in the cost. This will give you the security that what you're buying has been verified by a third party and is important for your individual insurance.

Sizing

In person sizing is guaranteed if your piece needs to be resized, the first sizing is complementary. For those clients who can't meet in person please ask for sizing rings and they can be mailed to you. This will help to ensure the most accurate sizing as we don't do a complimentary sizing for out of house clients.

Custom Deposit

A custom design client will need to put down a non-refundable deposit of 50% to get the project started.

Returns

Custom work is not refundable. Ready to ship work is refundable if the item has not been worn or altered in any way. A maximum time frame of 2 weeks is allowed for refunds.

Shipping 

There is a flat rate of CAD $30 for domestic shipping, and a flat rate of CAD $80 to ship to the USA, UK and Australia.
